Veeam Software, an international company with its sales and marketing office in Columbus, Ohio (USA) and a development center in St. Petersburg, is an absolute leader in the creation of software for managing and maintaining the virtual IT infrastructure of companies, built on the basis of Vmware solutions. Veeam comprises a successful team of experienced technical and business professionals creating innovative world-class software products for the server virtualization market. Veeam Software is a technology partner of Vmware and part of the ABRT venture capital portfolio.
To improve the quality of service for its customers and partners, Veeam's management has set the following main tasks:
- automation of processing leads from the company's website;
- distribution of orders between managers;
- automation of the sales process.
To solve the assigned tasks, Veeam chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. The solution was implemented by Softline, a “golden” partner of Microsoft Corporation, a large consulting company, part of the Softline Group. The decisive factor in choosing an integrator for the Veeam Software management was Softline's significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM in various market sectors.
As a result of a quick project for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the following tasks were solved:
- Creation and management of a single customer base;
- Management of initial customer inquiries;
- Communications management (Meetings, Calls, Letters, Fax, E-mail records);
- Reporting on the state of sales based on standard reports;
- Integration with the company's website.
As part of the project, Veeam Software employees completed training on how to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which made it possible to ensure a high speed of user adaptation to the system. With the help of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, Softline specialists automated 12 workplaces.
“Working with VEEAM was very interesting for us. Within the framework of the project, tasks were automated that will help the company's employees to reduce the number of operations, and, consequently, the time to complete them, which will increase work efficiency and help to spend more time building relationships with customers.”, - Maksim Nikolaev, Project Manager at Softline.
