Ensuring the security of the Softline Group of Companies in the context of the expansion of its activities into new areas and regions makes effective risk management, security and protection from both internal and external threats among the key factors for further successful development.
In this regard, the Softline Group of Companies undertakes all possible measures to protect its assets from the risk of harm, loss and damage that may arise as a result of illegal acts.
These assets include personnel, material resources, information, business reputation and business processes. The heads of the Softline Group of Companies and its business units are responsible for ensuring this security.
The organization, implementation and monitoring of these security measures and are entrusted to the Security Department of the Softline Group of Companies. Their main tasks include the constant identification and assessment of internal and external security threats of the Softline Group of Companies and creating an adequate response to them together with the heads of business units.
The Security Department develops security procedures and standards in accordance with corporate requirements (an appendix to this Policy, posted in the PDF document at the bottom of the page) and monitors their implementation by heads of business units and employees of the Softline Group of Companies. The orders of the Director of the Security Department on the issues related to his competence are mandatory for heads of business units and employees of the Softline Group of Companies.
All employees of the Softline Group of Companies must strictly comply with the Corporate requirements in the field of security and immediately inform the functional manager of all violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, corporate policies, standards and procedures, unethical behavior and conflicts of interest that they become aware of.
The security of the Softline Group of Companies is ensured on the basis of the principles of legality, respect and observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, cooperation, mutual understanding, and personal responsibility. In all its relationships with organizations and citizens, the Softline Group of Companies will welcome their adherence to the principles contained in this Policy.
