Softline Group Announces Expansion into the Indonesian Market
Softline Group (PJSC "Softline"), a leading provider of digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions, is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Indonesia. The main goal is to promote its own products and services, as well as solutions from key partners, where Softline has shown strong expertise and sees great growth potential.
This expansion into Indonesia highlights Softline Group’s commitment to growing internationally. In 2024, the company opened offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the UAE, and Vietnam, expanding its presence in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
In Indonesia, Softline Group plans to offer a wide range of IT services tailored to local clients. These services will include implementation, technical support, maintenance, and training. The company has identified important areas to focus on in Indonesia, especially in cybersecurity and AI-driven solutions for digital transformation like process automation.
Indonesia is one of the top 20 economies in the world and the fourth most populous country, with nearly 30% of its population under 30 years old. The rapidly changing digital landscape and growing demand for innovative solutions across different sectors create a great environment for technological growth.
Before opening its new office, Softline conducted extensive market research, tested its product ideas, and connected with local IT companies. The company also took part in major industry events like the NextHub Global Summit 2024 and the Indonesia-AEU Digital Technology Dialogue.
"We see a lot of potential in our expertise in industry-specific solutions and cybersecurity. Our broad cybersecurity offerings include both our own solutions and advanced products from partners, promoting international collaboration.
In addition to working directly with local clients, we plan to team up with regional integrators to share our technology expertise and meet local needs. Our goal is to strengthen our technological presence in Indonesia, improve cooperation with local businesses, and provide effective technical support," said Alexander Rozhkov, Director of International Business Development at Softline Group.
