Softline Group (PJSC "Softline"), a leading provider of digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions with a robust portfolio of proprietary products and services, participated in Saudi Arabia's largest event, the Smart Cities Saudi Expo, which took place from September 24 to 26 in Riyadh. At its dedicated booth, Softline showcased industry-specific solutions from Softline Digital, including Proteqta, Fundamento, AiLine, and Grosa, which garnered significant interest from clients in the industrial, construction, and retail sectors.

The Smart Cities Saudi Expo focused on transforming cities, industries, and infrastructure across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East. This year, the event featured 400 exhibitors and attracted over 17,000 attendees from 35 countries.

During the expo, Softline Group introduced a range of Softline Digital solutions designed to empower companies from diverse industries through digital transformation:

Proteqta – A comprehensive industrial safety solution comprising the Proteqta software and the Atom 4.0 personnel positioning module. It enables monitoring of work and rest schedules, offering data-driven analytics to enhance labor efficiency.

  • Fundamento – A low-code platform for developing IIoT and computer vision applications. It simplifies the creation and configuration of devices while enabling the definition of automation rules and scenarios.

AiLine – A no-code AI-powered platform for predicting, designing, and deploying industrial solutions. It eliminates the need for a dedicated data specialist team.

Grosa – A retail solution platform leveraging Big Data and machine learning. It assists in identifying and rectifying errors related to missing or misaligned products on store shelves.

Visitors to the Softline Group booth actively engaged in discussions about cutting-edge IT solutions and the role of digital transformation in the modern business landscape.

"Saudi Arabia is a rapidly growing innovation hub and the largest economy in the Middle East. The ambitious Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, encompassing $500 billion worth of infrastructure projects, including the NEOM project, presents immense opportunities for global technology companies. Softline is committed to actively contributing to this transformative journey," said Evgeny Kurtukov, Regional Director for MENA at Softline Group. "Participation in events like the Smart Cities Saudi Expo not only allows us to share our expertise but also fosters strong partnerships that help turn visionary projects into reality. We are proud to be part of this future and are ready to contribute to the growth of Saudi Arabia's IT sector and the digitalization of its economy."
