Acting as the head structure, "Chermet-service" LLC unites a number of scrap collection companies – a network of sites for the collection and processing of scrap metal operating in the Volgograd, Rostov, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen regions and other regions of Russia.
The project covered the following companies of the group: "Chermet-service" LLC, "ChS-Snabzhenie" LLC and "Rosvtormet" CJSC.
During the implementation of the project, Softline specialists performed an inventory of installed software, audit of the contractual base confirming the legality of the software used based on the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, compared the contractual base with the database of software audit results, and provided consultations on legal issues related to the use of the software in the corporation. Based on the results of the work, the customer was offered a role-based set of software for all groups of employees, which simplifies the procedures for software accounting and creation of new workplaces.
The key result of the project was a report prepared by Softline experts on the use of software assets at the enterprise.
Software Asset Management (SAM) legal support service has been developed by Softline specifically for companies interested in minimizing legal risks and financial costs for software products.
