Can I install Total Voice in my own Azure Tenant?
No, Total Voice is built on azure but only provided as a SaaS (Sofware as a Service) solution and managed by Softline.
Do I have to pay separately for Azure services?
No, the subscription to Total Voice SaaS, in any modality, includes the azure consumption within the monthly fee.
Can I connect my Office 365 Tenant to TOTAL VOICE if I use SBCs different than AudioCodes and/or Ribbon??
Yes, but not automatically as those to mentioned brands. We need to receive in advance a sample of the CDRs (Call Detailed Records) generated by other certified approved SBC. Example: Oracle “Acme Packet”, in order to provide you a positive viability.
Due to security concerns, can I avoid the tenant connection and provide Softline with my CDRs every month?
No, Total Voice was designed to read a live productive tenant mixing CDRs and some office 365 TEAMS API.
Do I have to pay for my own Power BI Premium license?
No, the product has been built over Power BI Embedded in order to avoid extra costs to our customers.
Can I buy my own Total Voice license?
No, Total Voice is only offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) and its subscription can only be payed on a monthly /annual fee.
How is my company CDR information stored?
It´s encrypted in TOTAL-VOICE´s data base, and every customer has its own database. CDRs are encrypted using AES-256 cypher.
How can I connect to TOTAL VOICE?
You connect using your AAD (Azure Active Directory) credentials.
Why my information is not being updated?

Besides AAD (Azure Active Directory) can I use any other LDAP provider to connect to TOTAL VOICE?
Not in an automatic way. If other LADP procedure besides AAD is being used, please open a support ticket in http://servicedesk.softlinegroup.com in order to stablish a special connection for your tenant.
